The opportunity
Innovation Refunds is looking for an Experienced Sales Professional with a focus on Strategic Partnerships that love the idea of growing a business through partnership relationships! The individual will be responsible for driving new business relationships which will develop a robust partner ecosystem to bring value to customers (banks) and their business clientele. The focus is to forge high impact partnerships, drive revenues by developing strategies in sourcing and prospecting.
What You'll Do

This individual will enable Innovation Refunds to penetrate new customers and partner ecosystems through executive level relationships to multiply the value of our service offering (Employee Retention Credits.)
The person will work closely with cross functional internal teams and be a key driver towards advancing our vision and contributing to building our partnership ecosystem.

Leverage strong interpersonal skills and background in sales/and or financial services to grow Strategic Partnerships.
Create and execute a targeted sales strategy to drive the whole process
Daily outreach to prospect channel partners to areas of a portfolio of strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with high-level professional

What we're looking for

8+ years of proven success in channel sales, outside sales experience in dynamic and fast-paced roles identifying and targeting large strategic partners.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in growing a successful change sales pipeline in the financial services space.
Experience in working with financial institutions.
Proven ability in communicating through the partner infrastructure at all levels (C-suite included) and departments
Strong relationship building skills needed to build rapport with clients quickly and professionally
Thrive on energy, passion and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Organization and time management is essential.
