The Neurosurgery Clinical Lead will be joining a talented department consisting of 40+ healthcare professionals including Nurse Supervisors, CNORs, Clinical Coordinators, Charge Nurses, Unit Secretaries, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Patient Care Associates that will all work collaboratively with other units including PACU, Pre-OP, and Sterile Processing. This periop department conducts a high volume of surgical procedures and is home to 14 ORs and are actively in the exciting process of constructing two new additional Operating Rooms. These procedures include Breast, Ortho, Spine, Urological, Gynecological, General, and Robotic Surgery. This team is actively seeking an ideal Neurosurgery Clinical Lead to assist with expanding operations even further and lead their neurosurgery service line!

At this medium sized hospital, the Neurosurgery Clinical Lead will be supported by the Manager of Surgical Services and will be responsible for running the department’s daily operations to ensure that a high level of patient satisfaction is achieved. The Neurosurgery Clinical Lead will also act as the liaison between Supply Chain Management, Sterile Processing, Physicians, and will Scrub/Circulate as needed.
