Position Title: Supply Chain Program Manager (Hybrid in Minneapolis)

 

A Day in the Life

 

The ideal candidate will be a supply chain SME with strong system, project management skills and excellent collaboration skills. 

They will work in the Global Supply Chain organization and be responsible for supporting deployment, analysis design, and leadership of key strategic projects. They will support the development and execution of continuous improvement and long-term strategies that will optimize Mozarc’s innovation, growth, and profitability objectives. The ideal candidate applies mastery of in-depth knowledge in one area or broader expertise in many areas of the supply chain function. 

The focus of this position will include the following; 


  • Procure To Pay including demand consolidation, PR creation, PO creation, and Vendor Payment

  • Order to Cash including transitioning from customer quote to order entry, order management, invoicing, and collection

  • Materials Management and Logistics including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation

  • Master Data Management including Partners (Vendor and Customer primarily) from creation to maintenance to retirement

The project manager will support the end-to-end supply chain through the design, implementation, continuous improvement, maintenance, and support of Supply Chain

Processes. This position will work to develop, deploy, and drive adoption of standard processes “global design”.  They will work closely with core process teams (IT), supply chain team members, other business teams, and / or manufacturing sites to understand requirements and solutions and provide governance. This position requires innovative thinking, consulting skills and collaboration. 

 

Responsibilities


  • Identify improvement opportunities for current systems, planning, and reporting methods. 

  • Support or lead global projects / initiatives. Develop the approach, communicate plans and tasks to operational, divisional, and global participants, manage projects / initiatives to timeline, and successfully achieve projects’ / initiatives’ goals. 

  • Communicate relationships and constraints between people, processes, business requirements and systems. 

  • Work independently on development and execution of plans. 

  • Lead business requirements gathering and design sessions for new processes, applications, and enhancements. 

  • Prepare and review Detailed Requirements Documents and Use Cases. 

  • Evaluate cause and effect of business problems, analyze options, and propose solutions. 

  • Provide expertise on subject matter on supply chain processes and applications. 

  • Develop process and training documents. 

  • Coordinate testing and implementation of key system enhancements. 

  • Coordinate efforts of project estimation for review with cross organization technical and business teams. 

 

Must Have: 


  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience



Nice to Have


  • Enterprise ERP, especially SAP

  • Experience over multiple areas within supply chain including Warehousing and Logistics, Planning, Customer Care, Procurement, and Process Improvement

  • System implementation experience (core team or deployment team) 

  • Quantitative aptitude  

  • Systems thinking 

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office  

  • Lean Sigma Green or Black Belt certified 

  • Project management  

  • Facilitation and elicitation Skills 

  • Experience with Change Management and Global Project Deployment
