The Entertainment Marketing Assistant Manager will help execute Levi's entertainment and activation strategy to help grow brand awareness, strengthen brand and product credibility among key talent, KOLs and influencers out of the Haus of Strauss, Los Angeles. You will report directly to the Global and US Haus leads and is part of the Entertainment Marketing team. The primary responsibility for this role is to manage operational functions across both teams (US and Global).

About the Job


  • Help implement Haus annual and seasonal plans

  • Work with US + Global Haus leads on project management and execution of event programming at the Haus of Strauss, Los Angeles

  • Manage all production aspects of Haus / PR Events in tandem with Haus Producer, ( including but not limited to gifting and customization, decor and build-outs, securing sponsors / vendors for food and drink, budgeting, managing deliveries, liaising with brand partners , etc. )

  • Develop and maintain production timelines and budget for all events, working with Haus Producer to stay on target

  • Manage and allocate resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all programs for Haus team

  • Create and manage a constantly evolving Global KOL seeding list for KOLs and their families

  • Collaborate with Haus leads in Global, US, and across clusters to identify KOLs and maintain a consistently up-to-date catalog of contacts, sizes, and addresses

  • Manage general daily Haus operations, including team project calendars and activity logs, supplies management, Haus collateral inventory management, contact lists, etc.

  • Support and manage projects which amplify seasonal product objectives, product launches, marketing initiatives, etc.

About You


  • 3+ years experience in Public Relations, Brand Marketing or Marketing Operations

  • Ability to manage time effectively, setting and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality of work

  • Experience in budget planning and management

  • Comfortable with operating in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity

  • Highly organized self-motivator
