Ethos Biosciences

At Ethos Biosciences, we offer products and services through American Bionostica for lateral flow products, Astral Diagnostics for histology and hematology stains and reagents, Astral Rx for pharmaceutical formulations, and Exocell for research and clinical nephrology assays. Our operations and areas of expertise allows us to seamlessly deliver contract development and cGMP manufacturing services.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the conceptual and detailed development of project scopes and processes in a specialty chemical manufacturing facility. This includes aspects of project management such as obtaining funding for capital engineering improvements to the plant and production equipment, coordinating design efforts while utilizing reliability engineering concepts as the foundation of design, managing document approvals, and coordinating the procurement, construction, installation, start-up, and commissioning of up to twenty projects simultaneously. The manager also provides technical support to production, QC, QA, and validation.

Education & Skills Required:

The applicant must have a working knowledge to supervise construction crafts including architectural, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and control, etc. for any project following safety practices and communication with area owners. Familiarity with facility and manufacturing equipment systems including cleanrooms, process tanks, mixers and liquid filling lines.

Maintenance understands the requirements for repairs and preventative maintenance of facility and manufacturing equipment systems. And, creating operation and maintenance procedures and establishing 3rd-party preventative maintenance service agreements.

Instrumentation Calibration Programs understands the requirements for manufacturing instrument calibrations that may be executed internally or externally.

Commissioning and Qualification knowledge of ISPE Commissioning and Qualification Guideline. ISPE member and/or professional engineering license is a plus. 

Bachelors Degree required.
