Hall’s Culligan in San Diego is searching for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, fast paced environment and will enjoy being physically active throughout the day. Pay starting at $18 per hour!


As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including portable exchange tank regeneration, equipment maintenance, shipping and receiving, along with plant production and warehouse operations.

Hall’s Culligan is committed to the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers. We provide all of our employees with the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and sanitization supplies to safely perform their job in the field and office. Employees are following the proper CDC guidelines and practicing social distancing. The latest technology allows our field employees to communicate with customers prior to their visit in order to avoid close contact and keep everyone safe.


 


Responsibilities



  • All aspects of portable exchange plant production; tilt, transfer, tank rolling and quality control

  • Regenerating resin for portable exchange tanks to ensure a high quality product

  • Load and unload trucks and product shipments

  • Clean and organize the warehouse and maintain plant equipment

  • Open/close the warehouse as assigned

  • Abide by all required company policies, rules and regulations

  • Conduct self in a positive and cooperative tone with fellow co-workers and management


 


Qualifications



  • Must be able to lift / push / pull a minimum of 45lbs on a repetitive basis and 100lbs periodically

  • Forklift experience preferred

  • Must be able to follow and execute manager instruction

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Organized with the ability to be a team player

  • Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment

  • Must have a valid Class C driver's license as the position requires parking route vehicles.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
