HR is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter for our team at our world headquarters in Olathe, KS.  As a Sourcing Recruiter, you’ll partner with the recruiting team on  sourcing qualified active and passive candidates, develop innovative new sourcing methods to locate and recruit niche candidates for hard to fill positions within the organization.  Essential functions for this role include: 


  • Evaluate and utilize a variety of internet mining techniques including direct recruitment, social networking websites and job boards, internet searches, e-mail marketing, etc. to find and attract high quality passive candidates

  • Conduct external searches through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, online social and professional networking sites to connect with candidates

  • Take initiative to research, identify, develop and implement innovative and creative sourcing methods and strategies to develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and high volume of referrals 

  • Develop and maintains extensive and effective networks within professional associations and within the community to ensure a continuous flow of candidates 

 Other responsibilities include screening candidates to ensure a good skill and culture fit, corresponding with candidates and preparing and maintaining postings.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or related field from a four-year college or university AND a minimum of 3 years sourcing experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Other key qualifications include:



  • Marketing and sales mindset with the ability to sell the company & career opportunity




  • Experience in or knowledge of processes, methodologies & strategy and strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word) required




  • Advanced internet sourcing skills




  • Expertise in generating talent through networking and creative sourcing methods
