Job Description:

Intelgica, Inc. is hiring a Payroll Timekeeper in the following area(s): Frisco, TX.

Intelgica is looking for a Payroll Timekeeper to join our growing team in Frisco, TX. The Payroll  Timekeeper will be responsible for working with the payroll team providing compliance review and balancing for the Workday time process.  This position will monitor hours worked for compliance to state laws and company policies.

What You’ll Do

• Review time clock reports for timely submission and approval for our 1000 hourly employees


• Conduct regular audits on payroll time records


• Balance time to source files


• Interface with management and the team to resolve payroll questions


• Assist employees with questions on hours paid


• Compute wage and overtime payments


• Assist the payroll team with the implementation of new pay groups for the Workday time clock


• Assist in the development of time exception reporting


• Ad hoc projects and analyses

• The ability to work under tight deadlines


• Outgoing personality with ability to interact with others


• Asks insightful and thorough questions to get to the root-cause of employee issues


• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to spot numerical errors.

The Skills and Background You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in payroll


• FPC preferred


• Hands-on experience with Workday payroll software


• Familiarity using Excel and spreadsheets
