Job Description:

  • Who we are looking for

The incumbent will be a member of the Client Service team - building and maintaining strong relationships with internal/external clients and collaborating with teams to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues. They will need to identify and participate in process improvement and project related efforts. Ensure procedures are up to date highlighting best practices and liaise with teams on internal and external audits. Additionally, prepare periodic reporting for internal/external, identify and report risk issues, breaches, and suspicious activities.

What you will be responsible for

As Senior Associate you will


  • Utilize ‘client first’ mindset - continue to improve Client Service and the Client experience to deepen relationships with clients

  • Find better ways – finding efficiencies for a particular client and sharing that more broadly to all clients

  • Adopt technology to enable us to do our jobs more efficiently

  • Follow Corporate policies, including Std of Conduct, Personal Trading Policy, Gifts & Entertainment

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients

  • Develop and maintain procedures. Ensure SOPs/regulations are met and escalate as needed

Additional requirements


  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and a focus in Finance, Banking or related field preferred 

  • • 2-3 years of operational experience

  • • Computer proficient including working knowledge of desktop software applications (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.)
