Evaluates office production, revises procedures, or devises new means to improve efficiency of workflow.
Coordinates and supervises activities of various office departments and/or workers within departments.
Reviews clerical and personnel records to insure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Prepares invoicing for mailing.
Compiles management reports for GM.
Ensure Finance and Human Resources audit requirements are followed, and reports submitted by required due dates.
Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Monitors receivables and payables; reviews GL report and financials for Accounting.
Process order entry and accounts payable coding, controls purchase orders and their disbursement.
Prepares daily bank deposit and controls general and administrative costs.
Coordinates safety meetings and maintain the safety files, prepares and files reports of accidents and injuries at establishment.
Maintains inventory control; and asset listing.
Requisitions office supplies and equipment.
Conducts new employee orientation and processes new employee’s paperwork at date of hire.
Plans employee activities and events.
Process payroll and monitor overtime.
