The Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) Operations & Support organization is as a key building block for a new ZTD Operating Model covering Zoetis' enterprise applications and systems platforms, with the goal to differentiate "Run/Operate" from "Build/Deliver". Its charter is to design, establish, operate, scale-up, and advance new processes, capabilities, and competencies, and to strengthen, broaden and mature existing solutions.
Working with the Head of Strategic Partner Alliances, this intern will assist with governance of industry-leading, best-in-class processes and metrics and outcomes of Application Managed Services (AMS) Partner performance.
Responsibilities:
Manage Problem Reviews to closure; track completion of associated Corrective and Preventative Actions using JIRA dashboard
Design and update ZTD Operations Performance dashboards. Analyze the data for Performance Improvement projects
Work with AMS Partners on Incident and Release triaging and backlog management
Project Manage AMS transitions to ZTD Operations
Ensure Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)framework is adhered to by AMS Partners
Knowledge, Skills, Ability Requirements:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Prefer experience with Zoom and JIRA Collaboration tools, Business Objects and dashboards
Knowledge of I.T.S.M processes (Incident, Change, and Release Management)
Ability to work independently
Self-starter with a "can do" attitude
