Responsibilities
The Successful Candidate Will . . .
Assist team members to resolve issues regarding benefits, compensation and other general questions
Serve as a point of contact for team member relation issues and performance management; including mediating and resolving conflicts to promoting a positive work environment
Manage team member records and HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork
Develop, coordinate and deliver HR Training as needed
Act as the liaison between the brand and unions providing all necessary reporting as needed.
Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma
Minimum of five years of progressive experience in human resources
Must successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screen
A valid driver’s license with good driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
Experience working with Human Resource Information System (HRIS) - UKG
