As an Application Engineer, you will:

Provide Support

• Discusses projects and product applications with Supportworks customers to quickly determine solutions.


• Communicates with design engineers, architects, and general contractors regarding job requirements and product detailing.


• Promotes the use of Supportworks products. 


• Occasionally travels to project or customer locations to assist with product installation or field testing.

Assist with Preparation and Training

• Assists with preparation of technical documents, specifications, case studies, website content, video scripts, training materials, submittal-style drawings, etc.


• Assists in Supportworks customer training events by preparing and presenting education-based materials.


• Presents technical information to design professionals through webinars and in-person presentations.  

Assist with Product Development and Evaluation

• Interfaces with third party approval agencies to acquire and maintain product evaluation reports.

The Education, Experience & Skills that you will need:

• Engineering degree and 10 to 15 years of related experience.


• P.E. License in Civil Engineering.


• Knowledge of soil mechanics and deep foundation design.


• Knowledge of residential and commercial building construction.


• Strong communication skills and ability to manage projects in a collaborative environment.


• Ability to understand, relate with, and communicate to customers.


• Ability and willingness for occasional travel within the United States and Canada.


• Regular, reliable on-site attendance.
