Job Description:

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:
• Conduct screening on potential client calls.
• Complete all documentation associated with client calls.
• Complete all required reports associated with Needs Assessment/Referral Development.
• Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral and transportation needs.

Technical Competencies: Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system; demonstrate
conduct in keeping with Pyramid ethical standards; participate in training and development activities to enhance
job knowledge and skills. Working knowledge of emotional/mental health/drug & alcohol issues.
