You Are:



An energetic Sales Hunter that thrives on going after new business and helping to grow a company



The Opportunity:



  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for new business

  • Proactively develop strategic deals by leveraging personal and professional networks

  • Help strategize with prospects on their digital roadmap and ideation by showcasing the value-add of Moonraft.

  • Eloquently articulating our views on digital business philosophies, keeping clients up to date on industry context

  • Own the business development 'funnel' including inbound, outbound, and long-tail opportunity management. You will qualify leads and take the next steps with the appropriate teams.

  • Create and nurture strong relationships across our partner network and our key technology partners. You will proactively identify and respond to opportunities and bring together blended teams in how we respond.

  • Lead the development of detailed proposals, estimates, and statements of work for web development projects, UX Design engagements, and other digital initiatives

  • Understand all Customer Experience Management disciplines enough to have solution discussions with clients

  • Provide our internal teams with insight into the client's strategic business initiatives to ensure our work is consistent with the client's goals

  • Look for opportunities to grow existing accounts and provide value to clients



What you need:



  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

  • At least 5 years experience working for any Agency/Digital Firm, Onshore/Offshore sales with a minimum of $5M annual quota.

  • At least 5 years experience selling similar Service Offerings - Design Services, Customer Experience Consulting, MarTech platform implementations

  • Demonstrated success selling deals in the $5 to $10M range.

  • Demonstrated consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement in complex selling environments utilizing a solution selling model.

  • Demonstrated understanding of CMS platforms, UX/Design processes, Web Development processes, Analytics & Reporting, eCommerce, SEO, Marketing Automation and/or other Internet Technologies

  • A knack for successfully formulating and driving long-term strategic account plans, strategies, and roadmaps

  • Excellent written and oral communications, paired with outstanding presentation skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence

  • Excellent leadership skills, problem-resolution abilities, and good judgment.

  • Highly skilled in negotiating, experienced at agreeing and closing profitable programs of work
