Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

Lead full set-up of hand hygiene installations. Oversee contract installation staff, schedule installs and be onsite for the duration of each project.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as Medline liaison between the customer and the install company. Manage customer expectations for the install prior to the conversion.

Manage bid and contract process with installation companies.

Complete a full walk through prior to scheduling each install to determine dispenser counts/type. Obtain a sign-off on the counts from the Medline sales rep and account contact before booking project.

Develop a conversion schedule and confirm install date with the customer/installation crew.

Plan and lead conference calls with the installation crew, Medline sales rep, and key staff prior to the start of the project.

Place purchase orders for product and dispensers with Medline's customer service team for every new installation. Coordinate inventory levels of dispensers and install product orders. Ensure proper stocking of inventory and stock requests are placed for after the install is complete.

In-service the hospital staff for proper load and change of dispensers. May need to troubleshoot dispenser issues.

Follow-up to make sure all install items are on site the week before the project starts. Complete a final walk-through for each project to verify that all dispensers have been installed and filled with sanitizer / soap to the facilities' satisfaction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Relevant Work Experience

Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of logistics and operations experience OR high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of logistics and operations experience.

Additional

Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).

Experience reviewing and reconnecting on actions and with people to ensure the completion of the task.

Position requires travel up to 90% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant Work Experience

Implementation/ Installation manager experience.
