Position Title: Mortgage Banking Sales Manager - Centralized Sales
Business Unit: Mortgage Administration
Reports to: Regional Mortgage Banking Manager
Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for residential mortgage loan production through the Centralized Sales Platform including the recruiting, coaching and performance management of Mortgage Banking Representatives. This individual is responsible for personal production and sales management duties including accountability for mortgage goals and other department objectives (cross-sell Initiatives, customer satisfaction results, loan quality).
Primary Responsibilities:
This position is primarily responsible for originating mortgage loans through e-delivery channels from the mortgage website, internal and external referral sources and effectively manages leads in order to achieve expected performance goals.
Recruits, develops, and coaches a team of Mortgage Banking Representatives to effectively convert both internal and external leads and referrals in order to meet or exceed established goals. The team is focused on e-delivery channels such as web, telephone and lead based activities and production.
Supports and assists Mortgage Banking Representatives with structuring loans, delivering quality files, adhering to industry and the corporation's guidelines and facilitating solid internal partnerships with our key partners. Assists in the management of the mortgage pipeline to facilitate and support a great customer experience.
Monitors and assigns on-line leads from the mortgage website on a daily basis.
Participates in various sales and operational meetings including the One Team Pipeline conference calls.
Maintains all permanent and temporary retail branch assignments. Ensures there is effective communication between the Mortgage Banking Representatives and their assigned retail branches regarding mortgage referrals and pipeline updates.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Must possess a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry identifier.
