What do you get to do in this position?

Supervise the complete scope of Quality (marketing, design, manufacturing, Supply chain, etc.) for an existing offer to improve Customer Experience:

• Analyze all data relative to Field Quality and Lead major Quality Issues resolution (PRB) related to these issues.
• Drive Technical Expert Analysis (TEX) and FSB
• Implement prevention actions based on lessons learned. Ensure the implementation of lessons learned in new projects.
• Assist the Project Manager on project management process as well as the Customer VIP team to ensure the monitoring of the Quality issues in the field.
• Define the field issues tracking in I2P BFO with Service Team
• Define annual quality targets and roadmap for offer in charge. Ensure effectiveness of quality improvement activities and drive follow-up with the factory
• Challenge and supports plants on Quality performance
• Contribute to Offer management with Marketing / Engineering / Plants
• Drive Potential Product Safety Issue investigations and risks analysis (OSAC)
• Animate and ensure the efficiency of the Technical Complaint Analysis process, including physical return process with Analysis centers

This job might be for you if:

• Experience in industrial environments.
• Perfect English spoken and written.
• Technical degree (Engineering or other).
• Preferably 2 years of experience in Quality Departments.
• Some experience in Safety is an asset

In addition we are looking for a candidate with the following skills and abilities:

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Technical Capacity. Organizational Skills.
• Problem Solving/Analytical. Initiative.
• Previous experience with Quality methodologies (8D, 5Whys, C/P actions...)
• Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, drawings and diagrams.
• Communication skills with everyone involved in the process (managers, operators and leads).
• Desicion-making and problem solving mindset.
