What you will be doing: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Work with Engineering Team assigning tasks and ensuring team members have the resources to be successful
• Manage, assign, and track daily Royal Service tickets & work orders, communicating progress to various departments
• Work with Engineering Leadership team to create, maintain and execute on an ongoing property maintenance program
• Correspond and build positive relationships with vendors and suppliers, managing and creating purchase orders as required
• Assist Engineering Leadership team with monthly end tasks, accruals, and budgeting
• Assist Engineering Leadership team with scheduling and complete bi-weekly payroll
• Assist Director Engineering with problem resolution and various projects as assigned
• Assist Engineering Department with scheduling appointments, answering phones and relaying messages
• Screen, sort, date-stamp and distribute mail and assists with mailings, courier services, shipping and deliveries.
• Maintain department files and provide general administrative support
• Maintains calendar for Director and arranges meetings for department as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies

• Other duties as assigned

• CA Driver's License preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to focus attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous at all time
• Belief in a strong team culture
