Resources for Human Development empowers people with intellectual disabilities to reach their goals every day. We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) for residential homes in Allentown, Easton area

How You Can Make a Real Impact:

• Support individuals in their activities of daily life


• Advocate for the rights of each individual


• Promote development and outcomes as outlined in each Individual Support Plan


• Support access to community Supports including medical appointments, social security access, etc.
