Amerisure is currently recruiting for a Claims Experience Organization Administrative Coordinator. The ideal candidate will also possess the following skill set. 

Summary Statement

Support the Claims Experience Organization team and management by coordinating and completing administrative tasks, conducting research, organizing information, making reports, and other assignments delegated. 

Essential Tasks/Major Duties


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support as necessary to complete assignments; including maintaining schedule, planning meetings or other events, updating special handling instructions as directed, and organizing documents and meetings materials.

  • Prioritizes inquiries and requests to the CXO while troubleshooting conflicts with little guidance, make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.

  • Prepare and format information for internal and external distribution, including compiling data for reports, drafting correspondence, creating presentations, and other similar tasks.

  • Research matters related to the team’s assignments, summarize research for manager and team members, and develop additional sources of information, as necessary.

  • Communicate with internal and external business partners, including taking phone calls, written, and electronic communications; respond to inquiries or requests within scope of responsibility.  

  • Coordinate meetings at the request of manager and team members, which may include providing draft agendas, reserving accommodations, meals, and audio/visual support for each meeting.  Solicit other attendees for availability. 

  • Maintain files used by team members to ensure access to data.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


  • High School diploma or GED plus 4 years administrative support experience, or an associates degree with 2 years of work experience

  • Insurance industry experience, preferred.

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Teams.

  • Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated successful ability to perform accurate work under the pressures of tight schedules.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.

  • Ability to travel overnight up to 5%
