The Bently Nevada OEM Sales Manager will be accountable for the strategy development and execution of 1-5 large, complex OEM customers within the assigned region including the full portfolio of product and service offerings for the Bently Nevada product line.
The OEM Sales Manager will be responsible for:
Facilitating all relationships and engagements at the HQ facilities plus all other facilities in the region.
Being the main point of contact for customers and be responsible for facilitating all relationships and engagements at the HQ facilities plus all other facilities in the region
Facilitating team work within the OEM Account commercial family for assigned and related accounts (Sales managers, Inside Sales, CCR, Services, CommOps).
Ensuring larger commercial family is aware of sales strategy, goals and opportunities and ensure proper execution throughout the sales life cycle.
Understanding OEM customer needs and goals in order to ensure Bently Nevada products are aligned with OEM business strategy.
Developing long term relationships with OEM customers ranging from front line operators to c-suite
Leading and participating in cross functional teams and projects to achieve account and region goals
Being responsible for the identification and growth of existing accounts through sale of full portfolio of hardware, software and services
Being responsible for customer account growth including strategy development, planning and execution, product / service opportunities identification, and value communication
Providing feedback to the product line team on customer wants and needs, new product / service needs, product modifications and help them develop sound business cases
AFacilitating engagement of customers through CAB / VOC / NPI feedback sessions
Creating a value / consultative / outcome selling strategy through understanding of customers process and business model including associated key drivers
Leading / Initiating partnerships with other BHGE and GE commercial teams to leverage customer relationships
AInterpreting and understanding contractual commitments
Mentoring other Sales Managers to develop expertise / capabilities within the team
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum 4 years in a STEM related field
Have a minimum 5 years of sales experience in an industrial market space (Power Generation, O&G, Petrochem)
Be able to travel up to 50% of time, as required
Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
