Your Role

We are looking for a talented and versatile Cloud Engineer who's passionate about building and maintaining B2B SaaS applications.

As a Cloud Engineer, you will work closely with technical teams to build and maintain cloud infrastructure for our brand new client-facing applications. You will work with a broad range of technologies and perform a diverse set of tasks in collaboration with our agile product development team.

What You Will Do


  • Recommend enterprise-wide technical solutions based on identified requirements, ensuring service security, availability, scalability, maintainability, and overall cost effectiveness

  • Research new technologies for infrastructure strategies and other related projects

  • Implement cloud infrastructure using operational automation, configuration management, and DevOps processes and tools

  • Automate creation, configuration, and updates for developer environments

  • Manage the implementation of changes to existing infrastructure

  • Stay current with best practices for cloud infrastructure and continuous integration and delivery

  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, service upgrades, software patches, and resource optimization as required

  • Automate daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all platforms, resources, systems, and key processes

  • Review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs

  • Implement and conduct regular disaster recovery tests

  • Coordinate with vendors for technical support and upgrades

  • Work closely with Security Engineers and Software Developers to maintain DevOps pipelines and security standards

Your Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, Information Science or similar discipline

  • 3+ years experience working in software development, infrastructure, IT, security engineering, application security, enterprise SaaS infrastructure environment, or similar role(s)

  • 2+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure

  • Experience with cloud computing providers (Azure or equivalent)

  • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or equivalent)

  • Experience with source control, DevOps, configuration management, CI/CD tools (Git, Azure Pipelines, Azure Artifacts, Azure Key Vault or equivalent)

  • Experience with container services and clusters (Docker, Kubernetes)
