Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Application Developer is to analyze design develop maintain and enhance strategic system solutions

Deliver high quality business solutions within aggressive timeframes.  Work independently or with a team on tasks and projects with minimal supervision and leveraging internal and external resources. 

Responsibility:

• Multi-task varying business initiatives in a fast-paced changing environment.


• Provide technical leadership to on shore and offshore team members and users.


• Coordinate project schedules  issues  and risks with project manager and IT PMO


• Proactively identify and address emerging business issues  and drive effective decision making

Stakeholder Management:

• Communication with Business users related to resolving queries, obtain clarifications and providing updates.

• Setup Business bridge calls to update status of Critical incidents / Outages.

Contribution to Org Initiatives:

• Adhere to Organization policies and procedures.

• Participate in project and organization initiatives led by the Delivery leadership.

• Contribute new ideas and innovative approaches at work, including CSI themes.

• Collate data and provide inputs for reporting requirements.

Must Have Skills

• 5+ years of working on .Net Framework

• .Net Programming-C# .Net

• ASP.NET

Good to Have Skills

• .Net Programming-VB .Net

• ANSI SQL

• ADO.NET


• Knowledge of Perl script will be an advantage

Qualification:

• BS or Equivalent
