Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Contracts, the Contracts Manager is responsible for enhancing the productivity and success of the Sales organization.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Drafting, review, and modification of contracts for sales, partners, vendors, and other departments
Negation of contract terms
Analysis of customer legal requirements
Assessment of contractual risk
Reporting as needed by the management team
Assisting the legal team in audit related research and response
Working with confidentiality and discreetness
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Past commercial technology contracts required; past data privacy contracts preferred
Ability to draft, review, edit, negotiate, and finalize customer sales, channel partner, procurement and other agreements which comply with company policies and risk tolerance
Ability to draft and review non-routine or specialized sales contracts, terms and conditions, and RFPs
Capability to develop and maintain contracts-related processes and procedures to scale with company's growth
Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks to successful completion
Team player with strong business acumen and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced, geographically dispersed organization
Education and/or Experience:
Applicable Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
4 years of successful experience in a contract related role preferred
