As an Analyst, Automotive OEM Trial Balances , you will be responsible for the planning, organizing, and management of general and customer incentive and marketing accounting activities for U.S. and Canadian (USCA) locations in support of plant operations, Global Business Finance Support teams, and business finance. This role is outstanding because it supports the trail balance for a joint venture as well as Automotive OEM. Are you someone who demonstrates leadership and excellent problem-solving skills? Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to the accounting and analysis for freight, prepayments, royalties, restricted cash, intangible assets, and restructuring.
• Analyze financial results monthly to identify trends and differences from forecast, plan, and prior year.
• Supply to balance sheet reviews, account reconciliations, and entries as it is related to incentive accounting.
• Partner with plant leadership to help achieve their manufacturing and financial goals toward plant operations.
• Promote efficient and effective and standardized processes in all incentive accounting areas.
• Collaborate with the strategic business units to provide support, mentorship, and resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field with 3+ years of functional, or comparable, experience and knowledge.
• Outstanding Excel knowledge required, Oracle and Power BI knowledge highly preferred.
