Our information systems engineering team is looking for someone to join their team of 3. The team receives requests from our customer facing teams and works on fixing issues related to one of our Fleet payment applications. The team's goal is to ensure the best customer experience possible for our clients when using our Technology.
About the role
You will perform IT functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation of applications programs supporting the company infrastructure business processes and operations and/or network-based (cloud) product systems.
You will analyze, install, acquire, modify and support operating systems, database or utilities software.
You will plan, conduct and direct the analysis of business problems with automated systems solutions.
Must have
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical exposure to code. We're looking for someone able to read and understand code
Nice to have
Familiarity with Confluence
Familiarity with ticketing systems
This job may be performed remotely within the United States, except that it is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
