Client Experience Analysis is a specialized function in Group Insurance supporting Client Reporting and Reinsurance and Financial Accounting. CEA partners with Underwriting, Sales, Actuarial, Billing, Claims, Account Management and Financial Reporting for delivering highly specialized financial reporting and risk assessments. Incumbent normally has less than 3 years of relevant experience and may work in Client Reporting, Reinsurance or Accounting unit. During tenure in this job, incumbents will demonstrate a basic understanding of the Dividend Formula, Supplemental and Administrative Memos and CEA policies and procedures. Traditional case load will encompass a range of client reporting with low to medium complexity, with or without financial devices and incumbent will be closely supervised, requiring management and team support. Participates in the quarterly financial reporting process for accruals and is responsible for final year-end results within specific time parameters. Incumbent is able to manage risk associated with structure issues, data quality, financial variances and demonstrate an ability to analyze and support financial results. Incumbent in the Accounting unit has limited responsibility for year end results. They assist in day to day maintenance of accounting records to support client disbursements, fund card maintenance and monthly financial reporting. They are responsible to analyze fund balances in conjunction with a monthly proof process and participate in developing monthly submissions to Financial Reporting. Responsible to initiate journal entries, wire transfers and checks. Authority limit is level 8. This job is only to be used for individuals in the Group Insurance CEA Team.RSR PRUD-
