The current EWA for this position is Fully Virtual. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.

Frontline Leader accountable for individual and team performance

Provides primary management support and leadership oversight of Billing team (including monthly 1:1s, performance evaluations, tracking and monitoring results, etc.)


  • Direct accountability for operational outcomes and experiences (Prudential and Accenture team)

  • Evaluation and general oversight of workflow to ensure service commitments are met

  • Primary point of contact for Billing-related escalations when leadership involvement needed

  • Identify and implement process improvements to simplify or enhance customer and associate experience, create efficiencies and improve outcomes

  • Provides the coaching and development needed to create a capable, motivated, highly engaged and empowered team

  • General oversight of control partner activities such as audits, regulatory changes, department of insurance inquiries, etc

  • Create and maintain a dynamic team culture through employee engagement and proactive initiatives

  • Partner with Onboarding, Underwriting, and Technology teams to improve Billing administration, supporting projects when needed

The salary range for this role is from $99,300.00 to $147,700.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
