Job Description:

The technical manager is responsible for sustenance of internal devices and high level prototypes.

* Responsible for managing a team comprising of various firmware  mechanical and electrical engineers.

* Build  maintain and communicate weekly & Monthly statistics / Metrics

* Involve in overseeing the design  development and minor updates of firmware and software.

* Understand customer requirements and convert them into user stories and estimates.

* Work with the product managers and end users to define & document product and feature functionality and requirements.

* Work closely with QA  software and product engineers to create  maintain and evolve test plans and automation to drive testing.

* Actively participate in issue triage / troubleshooting and clearly document processes used.

* Ensure effective communications with peers and management.

* Strong background in designing or extending existing test frameworks.

* Excellent Debugging skills & experience troubleshooting.

* Working knowledge of UNIX-based systems and command-line tools for analysis  and automation Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Understanding of and experience with the full product development lifecycle  including functional and technical specifications  product use cases  user stories  implementation  QA processes  deployment and maintenance.

* Thrive in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate while confidently driving multiple projects across many teams.
