Job Title: Program manager

Job Summary:


  • Strong delivery management skills and the ability to manage multiple service lines

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical and project management skills required.

  • Proven track record on delivering projects with P&L responsibility.

  • Working knowledge of profitability model is important.

  • Ability to understand and work as a leader of virtual team.

  • Must have worked with team spread across different locations across the globe.

  • Strong change management skills.  Work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines strong sense of urgency Single point of Management contact for offshore team for all operational issues

  • Ensuring all revenue and margin opportunities are maximized Drive processes monitor SLAs send reports on the engagement performance

  • Manage resourcing and people management Drive project level and steering committee meetings

  • Program manage various initiatives with defined timelines and build synergies within the associated teams

  • Liaise and manage collaboration between horizontals to bring in synergies and ensure successful delivery Accountable for the overall progress of the initiatives and delivering results

Technical Skills:


  • Good experience in working Microsoft tech stack like C#.NET .NET Core

  • Strong experience working with integration platform #MuleSoft

  • Experience working/migrating legacy technologies platform and APIS to enterprise business solutions

  • Strong experience working with Agile and scrum master experience

  • Goods hands  experience with Database SQL SERVER and Oracle

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Drive innovation for accounts managed Get first-hand customer information and use it for improvements in services provided by our client.

  • Should be able to tactically handle internal escalations among the required teams and horizontals

  • Renewals/Extensions of current projects Rate Revisions

  • Drive RFPs / Proactive bids into Renewals  Extensions  Application/Project additions

  • Application rationalization and modernization

  • Build senior and strategic relationships through delivery excellence Understand the client environment  issues  and priorities
