Focused on delivering high-quality marketing outcomes in the pursuit of strengthening the Netsmart brand, increasing awareness, and generating demand.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and contribute to our style guide to ensure an efficient design and development process and one coherent experience.




• Be a champion for quality and the guardian of the details. Help team understand and appreciate the impact of good design and what it takes to make it happen.




• Translate mockups into reusable components




• Create and manage internal and external branding materials including PowerPoint graphics, video content, photography and web design elements.




• Develop marketing collateral to support individual products and business units.

Qualifications
Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience




• Advanced user of Adobe Creative suites in particular Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.




• Basic video editing experience with Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects, using provided content story boards and stock video access.




• Basic PowerPoint presentation designer skills.




• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes designers, solution marketers and product experts and across the business

Preferred

• Experience in design and creative services with a portfolio of graphic design work covering traditional and digital applications
