This role is responsible for providing broad-based SAP expertise for support services to Epiq users, monitoring and ensuring system health, and delivery of new projects where system integrations or new infrastructure is required. Familiarity, but not hands on responsibility, of SAP Basis & Infrastructure topics is critical as this role requires a mix of SAP administration work but primarily consists of ensuring work is performed by others. This role is focused on evaluating new administration related requests, coordinating tasks across siloed teams, and acting as a general liaison for internal and external teams providing SAP related infrastructure and basis administration services.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute ongoing software maintenance for SAP software.


• Troubleshoot and monitor SAP background jobs and system interfaces.


• Fulfill help desk requests and production support.


• Facilitate transport management for SAP transports.


• Assemble and field audit requests related to SAP system change management.


• Develop documentation for systems and processes.


• Evaluate EWA, Security Notes, and patches regularly.

​Job Requirements

• Demonstrated capability to identify and triage end user issues and coordinate or deliver efficient resolution


• 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP consulting or support within SAP


• Must have supported ERP operating environments


• Familiarity with the administration of the following applications: SAP S/4, SAP BW, SAP Fiori, Blackline connector, Concur Invoice, Concur Expense,


• Familiarity with SAP related infrastructure topics including network connectivity, Azure and traditional firewalls, monitoring of Azure virtual machine performance and recommendations


• Knowledge of several functional business areas including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders


• Good understanding of various business processes including month-end process, year-end process, payment process, corporate allocations process, electronic payments process, bank statement reconciliation process


• Experience in ERP and business process improvement consulting, administration and operational control for support and maintenance and implementation projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Position prefers a college degree, preferably a B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience in finance or system engineering


• Experience with multiple full life-cycle implementations of SAP preferred


• Prior accounting background and experience a plus.
