You Will:
Partner with the CRG Leadership and clients to quickly identify high impact opportunities for EBITDA expansion and drive shareholder/company value
Focus on engagements ranging from holistic cross-functional transformations, functional performance improvement, interim management and M&A assistance
Provide leadership on our project teams, collaborate with senior client and firm leadership, helping clients solve complex problems from day one of their first projects
We are Seeking:
Demonstrated success and professional experience in consumer and/or retail sectors (and/or relatable consulting experience)
Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset, with creativity, intellectual curiosity and a wide range of passions and background
Adaptability to new assignments, systems and tools, the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines under pressure and a strong sense of humor
Desired Professional Experience: Consulting projects or experience in one or more of the following areas:
Consumer or Retail Experience (Management, Finance, Transformation, Corporate Development)
Manage performance of project teams, closely managing time-sensitive projects, structuring a work plan and managing processes on-time and to completion
Able to engage in C-Suite and board-level conversations regarding challenges facing clients and partnership in implementing strategic and operational recommendations
Able to quickly articulate and communicate information, adapt effectively to audience & deal with ambiguity
Superior analytical skills: ability to synthesize meaningful insights from data, opinions, or facts
Client relationship focus with ability to understand culture, political environment, stakeholder agendas
High energy style, flexible and adaptive, with the ability to work well in a fast paced environment
Management / mentoring of junior staff, including training & development
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree from a top university, MBA preferred
Preferred 6+ years of relatable experience, Consumer or Retail-related business or consulting in a professional services firm environment preferred / or corporate positions with a financial and operational focus
Demonstrated success leading and managing complex work streams and projects
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel
Strong technical acumen and comfortable working with complex data
Advanced written communication skills, self-directed with preparation of client ready document and presentation development
Open to +/- 80% travel M-F
