Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Consultants are responsible for full life cycle recruitment and talent pool management to support overall organizational goals.

Job Accountabilities

• Responsible for the Full-cycle recruitment for non-exempt and exempt positions.


• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to create and implement business line recruitment strategies.


• Manage and build talent pools to support human capital planning and diversity and inclusion goals.


• Ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws and policies and maintains up to date external and internal compliance policies.


• Represent the company in various community and academic events, including campus career fairs.

 

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Required

Experience

• 2-4 years 3+ years of recruitment experience. Training in Human Resources interviewing and selection, affirmative action and Equal Opportunity Compliance. Required

 

Compliance Statement
Fully complies with all applicable enterprise policies and procedures. Acts in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as outlined in training materials, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act.
