We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional who would be responsible for the overall gross profit of Hillyard manufactured products and our strategic supplier products. Individuals would be directly responsible for:
Work with Independent Distribution to grow Hillyard Manufactured Product sales and achieve goals.
Establishes a regional business culture that promotes the sales and achievement of Hillyard branded products and objectives. Works with Distributor Sales Representatives to make sure all expectations are met.
Works in conjunction with Independent Distribution applying a consultative approach to present, demonstrate and close Hillyard branded products and opportunities that produce an overall cost savings or improved outcome with current and prospective customers within the region. Trains AM and Distributor Sales Representative's on all aspects of Hillyard branded products and systems.
Works with Business Development Executives to support regional and national account activity. This could involve evaluation, standardization, training, or ongoing management visits to insure successful onboarding of account and support plan whether working through Independent Distribution, Corporate Distribution, or Direct.
Perform Hillyard Product and Program Introductions and Launches as well as regular sales meetings to reinforce the product information necessary to achieve objectives.
