Job Description:

Delivers continuous improvement of variability, cost, and capability of assigned manufacturing processes. 

Acts in accordance with the S&T Mission:

Essential Functions:

• Serve as a technical expert supporting safe and efficient operation of assigned processes


• Utilize data analytics to assess manufacturing processes and address undesirable performance


• Develop and implement process improvements and apply new technologies to optimize site performance in alignment with business objectives


• Own and resolve escalated process issues, documents results in assistance to QC


• Lead level 1 and 2 investigations (RCI) as assigned, complete documentation

Additional Duties: 

• Lead small project teams to accomplish project goals


• Serve as a technical project leader for capital projects


• Assist AR&D with technology transfer into high volume manufacturing


• Participate on Six Sigma Projects or as a RCI member

• Bachelors or better in Chemical Engineering
