• You will complete the training program required to perform this role in a timely manner​




• You will leverage your keen people advocate and detail-oriented skills to address, and prioritize, customer concerns while documenting the steps you use to resolve the problem.​




• Your ability to configure the assembly of equipment to hold our customers servers and equipment to ensure proper cooling ​




• Your ability to interpret, implement and troubleshoot circuits and, when necessary, escalate issues to your Networking team.​




• You’ll be eager to learn, and advance your knowledge of, circuit test sets designed to measure the deliverable of high information at high digital speeds.​




• You are capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and are agile in manual dexterity (climb, stoop, et.) to rack and stack equipment, as an example, with or without an accommodation.​




• Your flexibility to work an off-schedule, fill in for work mate, respond to emergencies, etc.​




• Installs/Tests/Modifies advanced connections with fiber/cables.​​
