Job Description:

As an experienced professional in analysis, you'll shape the technology solutions that drive strategic initiatives across the firm. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll interact with colleagues in various lines of businesses to learn about challenges and opportunities, and translate that insight into high-quality solutions aligned with our strategic direction. In addition to working with development teams to create new solutions, you'll help optimize existing technology and identify new capabilities. While your role requires technological skills it also hinges on teamwork, organization, and leadership. You'll offer clear guidance and feedback to your colleagues, while promoting the values, culture and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Create and maintain technical analysis documentation

• Experience using JIRA/Confluence

• Meeting with business and technical stakeholders to discuss solutions

• Working with product counterparts to receive sign off on requirements

• Research existing codebase to help hydrate requirements/understand implementations

• Comprehension of business needs, including how data is used and managed, data lineage, and functional design

• Understanding of the Software development Lifecycle and the agile development process
