Job Function Description
Responsible for providing daily leadership, coaching and feedback to direct reports including: managers, supervisors, lead tellers and tellers. Provides 360 feedback to management at all levels.
Leadership and supervision of departments accurate, timely and efficient processing of Cash, Coin, Check, Mixed Deposit, ATM, Coin and Change Order processing. This individual will be responsible for employees processing any size deposits processed on any currency counting equipment including mid-level and high speed sorters. This individual also has responsibility for employees in Currency Vault Operations, Coin Management Operations, and Check Image operations
Attainment of units assigned financial results including maintaining and growing revenue, expense control and achieving operating profit as well as support and teamwork to ensure attainment of entire Branch's financial goals.
Ensures compliance with and training on all company policies including state and federal regulations. Ensures compliance with and training on Bank specific processing requirements and meets all bank audit expectations.
Provides input to Associate Directors and Senior Management for assigned team members on decisions including: salary planning, performance management, hiring and termination recommendations. Delivers supporting documentation to team members.
Oversight of Scheduling Activities to ensure adequate coverage while meeting Customer metrics, Financial Goals and human resource guidelines
Monitors daily, weekly and monthly quality productivity standards and holds team members accountable for meeting or exceeding goals and recognizes success.
Ensures all security procedures are followed and reviews film for investigation support.
May represent GardaWorld and Cash Vault site on internal and external customer interactions.
Ensures all inventories are in balance at the end of each day
Job Requirements Qualifications:
A minimum of4 years ofmanagement experience in Cash Vault Services or a related field.
College degree or equivalent work related experience preferred.
Experience supervising a team of cash processors/tellers preferred.
Strong knowledge of Currency Processing and or Bank Operation for processing procedures is preferred.
Excellent people skills and leadership experience are a must.
