Those who have automobile collections experience will be highly considered!

 

Our motivated employees work with customers to create solutions and negotiate pay arrangements on past due accounts.  Here’s what your regular day would look like:

• 
  Make and take telephone collection calls in accordance with company policies and procedures well as applicable laws
  


• 
  Perform skip tracing and establish contact with customers
  


• 
  Negotiate payoffs, settlements, and payment programs according to company guidelines
  


• 
  Meet or exceed performance and productivity standards based on monthly goals (and earn incentive money!)
  


•
