Import-Export Administrator/Trade Specialist needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Austin, Texas.

The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:

• Strong Computer Skills - Oracle, SAP, Excel, Pivot Tables- Data Entry


• Critical thinking and problem solving

What You'll Be Doing:

• Using data in Oracle, SAP and other sources, identify eligible exports to overseas customers.


• Using data in Oracle, SAP and other sources Obtain and manage data required to determine system and non-system.


• Obtain and manage country of origin data and certificates of origin from suppliers.


• Produce and manage certificates issued.


• Produce supporting documentation for customer records such as letters of explanation, NSO project analysis results and periodic status reports


• Respond to inquiries for additional information.

• Develop/maintain written procedures in support of the above process.


• Maintain and report established metrics

• Maintain ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) security access


• Audit US export declarations. Maintain export declaration performance metrics

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Must have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.


• Strong Computers skills- SAP, Oracle Excel - Pivot Tables - Data Entry
