To perform diverse administrative duties for corporate officer which involves high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Compose correspondence and reports, compile Investment Board packages, and process Letters of Direction and signatures.


  • Budget maintenance including office supply orders, contract process, execution of contracts, invoice and monthly wire processing.


  • Manage conference call and meeting scheduling, including invitations and arrangements.


  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.


  • Manage physical and electronic filing systems.


  • Sort, read and annotate incoming mail and documents and attach appropriate file to facilitate necessary action; determine routing, signatures required, and maintain follow-up file.


  • Maintain familiarity with department's projects and priorities and coordinate and maintain effective office procedures and efficient workflow.


  • Track and monitor projects from request stage through distribution of final documents.


  • Research and gather information and supporting data in preparation for meetings, work projects and reports as required.


  • Take authorized action during Staff Vice Presidents' absence and uses initiative and judgment to see that matters requiring attention are referred to delegated authority or handled in a manner so as to minimize the effect of Staff Vice President's absence.


  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED. Eight (8) years related business experience typing proficiency. PC experience and ability to use Microsoft office software. Good spelling, punctuation, and English grammar. Good administrative skills. Ability to operate standard office equipment. Ability to compose correspondence for manager's signature. Ability to prioritize mail and telephone calls for manager's review and/or action. Excellent oral and written communication skills for successful interface with all levels of management.

Domicile / Relocation Information:
The domicile location is Memphis, TN.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.
