Identifies and implements efficient and effective talent acquisition methods and strategies based on the available role and needs of the organization. Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions to build a strong candidate pipeline. Posts hiring opportunities on online platforms and local media channels.
Manages the applicant tracking system by preparing job requisitions, authorizations, and applicant communication. Screens applicants, selects qualified candidates, schedules interviews and assists with the interview process.
Creates and implements end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for employees.
Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions. Maintains the performance management module and communicates with Talent Development on employee needs.
Performs backup duties for payroll and insurance billings.
Performs Human Resources duties by responding to employee inquiries and processing requests in an accurate, professional and timely manner.
Constructively interacts with co-workers.
