This is an exciting, innovative position that will be working with the Radiology Imaging teams! We strongly prefer someone with ambulatory or inpatient experience and is EPIC certified.
This person will also need to have a strong knowledge and/or expertise in reporting functions within the applications, including Radar dashboards. We are open to this individual working in Madison, WI, St. Louis metro area or Oklahoma City metro area.
Configures, implements, supports and maintains applications and technical integrations to meet the needs of the organization. Acts as a consultant on moderate to complex application and data integration issues. Serves as a coordinator and customer service representative between business operations, information technology, leadership, system users and vendors.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
Troubleshoots and resolves complex application issues and provides end user support.
Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
Assists in performing business process design, reengineering and documentation for new technology.
Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity.
Assists others in solving complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions.
Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service with large scale objectives; work is guided by functional policies.
Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.
Use awareness of department and system initiatives and drives decision making while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education
