The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Wound Care Clinical Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:


  • Providing clinical and technical guidance to account managers and customers related to Solventum's Wound Care products, and additional specialties within the Medical Surgical business, as needed.

  • Training end-users on Solventum's products for evaluations or conversions, presents relevant and prioritized content, and participates in professional associations.

  • Collaborating with account managers on clinical/sales joint calls with key hospital and out of hospital customers which requires in depth technical knowledge, understanding of clinical evidence, and how to solve moderately complex issues related to marketed products.

  • Supporting Solventum's sales and marketing efforts at local, regional, and national trade shows/conferences.

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution in a healthcare related field and five (5) years of healthcare experience in a hospital, home care and/or long-term care environment in a private, public, government or military environment.

AND
  • Current, valid Driver's License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:


  • Current certification(s): Certified Wound and Ostomy Care Nursing (CWOCN), Certified of Wound Care Nursing (CWCN) and/or Certified Wound Specialist (CWS).

  • Master's degree in healthcare field from an accredited institution.

  • Skills include ability to function independently and organizational and time management.

  • Understanding of principles of adult learning.

  • Technical presentation experience, public speaking.

Work location:

Milwaukee, WI (must live in territory region or surrounding area).

Travel: May include up to 75% domestic.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
