Koch Industries Treasury group is seeking a Treasury Manager to join our team at our corporate office in Wichita, KS. The successful candidate will be a self-driven, highly motivated, strong economic thinker who can challenge the status quo and create significant value for Koch Industries. In this unique role, you will identify and lead ongoing cash optimization initiatives across the enterprise. While in this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Treasury, Tax, and Accounting personnel. This role will report directly to the Senior Treasury Director.

What You Will Do In Your Role


  • Work closely with business unit personnel and the Treasury Leveraged Capability to understand business level and enterprise cash structures, working capital needs, availability of credit lines, etc.

  • Identify opportunities for further optimization and transformation of cash and pooling structures on an ongoing basis

  • Provide leadership across capabilities (Treasury, Tax, Legal, Accounting) to implement value added cash optimization strategies

  • Stay informed of key regulatory changes and work with the Treasury Leveraged Capability team to interpret any impacts to our cash structures

  • Understand and communicate the economic value of cash optimization strategies to leadership and stakeholders

  • Help drive and represent KII Treasury in enterprise transactions. Act as a resource and provide guidance, and direction when steps have liquidity, debt, and/or rating agency implications

  • Produce materials for management presentations as needed

  • Collaborate with Acquisition Co personnel to drive post-acquisition Treasury integrations

  • Understand KII frameworks and their applications

  • Assist with other KII Treasury priorities and initiatives as needed. These may include enterprise liquidity and debt forecasting and reporting, short-term debt issuance, acquisition due diligence, etc.

  • Lead, challenge, develop, and act as a role model for KII Treasury personnel

  • Advance the Market-Based Management (MBM) culture within the treasury team by applying and reinforcing the company's Guiding Principles

    The Experience You Will Bring

    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related Business field


    • Previous experience in a Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Economics focused role

    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint)

    • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, data analysis and formula creation)

    What Will Put You Ahead


    • Advanced knowledge of general banking regulations and banking practices, specifically around cash pooling

    • Supervisory or Leadership experience

    • Bloomberg terminal experience

    • Treasury management System experience
