Mercy Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Diabetes and Nutrition Center team located in Washington, Missouri. This individual will practice at our main office in Washington, MO, powered by a full support staff, as well as our satellite IM and FP primary care office location in Sullivan, Missouri.

In this position, you will be collaborating with multiple primary care providers to treat high risk patients with diabetes. You will be responsible for ordering and managing insulin and other prescriptions, insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors, as well as assisting with closing gaps in diabetes health maintenance measurements.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Missouri


• Experience in primary care or diabetes management strongly preferred


• CDCES certification required with a goal for completion within 6 months of hire
