We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape our employee digital products. The Sr. PM will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision with stakeholders, and working closely with UX design, engineering, analytics, sales, marketing and client delivery to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

A successful candidate for this role possesses consumer facing digital solutions experience with a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. This person will communicate with all areas of the company and at all levels. Execution of tactical and strategic needs is a must. The other parts of the company will support this role's strategic efforts to ensure that Product's evolution aligns with the strategic vision and business objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap through research and understanding of business goals.


• Take digital product's capabilities from discovery to launch with ownership of the product development lifecycle.


• Lead and participate in scoping, requirement gathering, solution design, implementation and validation.


• Defining Objectives and Key Results, assessing outcomes and owning plans to drive results.


• Partnering with deployment managers and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of features.


• Working closely with User Experience and User Research teams to understand and serve unmet client and customer needs through persona-driven design.


• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales and Client Management to tell the value story of the release.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5-8 years in a digital product management or technology role for web and/or mobile products


• Strong understanding of great UX for consumer or enterprise users


• BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related experience


• Benefits, healthcare, financial or HR technology experience a plus
