This Position...

Responsible for performing accounting functions across multiple divisions. Some examples of the work you might do include...

1. Monitor the daily Electronic Bank Feed postings and perform daily clearing of cash transactions in all the accounting ERP systems.


2. Perform journal entry and voucher/sales batch postings in JD Edwards.


3. Run and distribute monthly JDE reports and open/close periods for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.


4. Prepare month end closing entries.


5. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and other general edger account reconciliations.


6. Assist with the Sarbanes Oxley compliance testing and support both internal and external audit requests.


7. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the Position

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required.


• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing organization


• ERP environment preferred.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
